1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

• If the request is made within this period, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total order amount.

• After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued as production and processing begin immediately.

2. Refund Process

• To request a refund, please email us at austrianartisan@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

• Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• After 24 hours of placing the order.

• If the product has already been dispatched or is in transit.

• Custom or personalized orders that have entered production.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
